Ensure that all of your personal & business taxes have been paid as this is a requirement of issuing a license by the Illinois Gaming Board (IGB).

Contact Dragonfly Gaming Inc., to sign of our Terminal Operator Agreement and the IGB tax release forms. We will work with you to submit all forms necessary for your gaming application.

Be organized! Create a file for all things related to getting your gaming license and have this available for the IGB to review. They will need to see these documents. This would include your tax forms, your liquor licenses, copies of all forms that have been submitted and any actions that have been taken to complete these forms.

In order to acquire a gaming license, you must have a current, valid liquor license. If you do not have a liquor license, call Dragonfly Gaming, Inc., and we can walk you through the steps involved in getting one. If you already have one, make sure that it is current.

Once your application has been submitted to the IGB, all parties related to your liquor license and your gaming application (owners, partners, manager, etc.) will need to bet fingerprinted. Dragonfly will help you find the closest facility to you to have this done. Once complete, send fingerprinting receipts to Dragonfly Gaming, Inc.

The IGB will send you information to schedule your site inspection! Be on the look out for their email or phone call!

Once your site is inspected, your application will be presented to the Illinois Gaming Board (IGB) for approval.

Dragonfly Gaming, Inc. will then call you with your Gaming Board Approval, and schedule a date set up the gaming machines in YOUR venue!! This entire process takes approximately 3 months, from when you sign with Dragonfly Gaming, Inc. to the day your establishment goes live!
